The structural Bioinformatics is result from work done with ProteoRubix Systems (patent) related to protein structure prediction; we extended to structure formation from first principals obtained from ProteoRubix Systems (patent) prediction and we extend the models to organic and inorganic structures. The Tissue Engineering work is in the area of bioreactors designed to grow tissue by using fluid models .
